N. Shaed was educated in college Champville and 
holds a Degree in Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB). Completed graduate courses in “Projects Management & Administration” in AOTS-Yokohama- Japan and Underwent “Projects Management” Training in IHI-Tokyo- Japan.
During 25 + years of experience, worked in Japan and in the GCC mainly in Japan, Kuwait and in the UAE. Occupied top management positions such as CEO, MD & GM of reputed large local and international groups of companies in the Middle East, mainly in the Construction, Trading & Services and Real Estate Development & Management sectors. During his experience in corporates management, he has developed ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS) as well as customized Executives Training & Coaching Programs.
For the last 10 + years he has operated as an independent Management Consultant. First based in Dubai Jebel Ali Free Zone, he has been helping to provide Quality Customized Management Consultancy Services and Management Training Programs to companies and executives in the UAE and Lebanon. Now he is based in Beirut and visits the UAE as business requires or works via SKYPE.
Trilingual and fluent in English, French and Arabic, his Management Consultancy services as well as his conferences, lectures, courses or seminars are given in English with French and Arabic explanations provided.
