  • Strategic understanding of the roles, their context and individual goals.
  • Current internal situation leading to the client need to recruit or replace executives.
  • Critical factors on which depends the long term success of the candidates.
  • Prepare & Finalize Job Description for client’s approval incl. the professional requirements and the personal characteristics of the ideal candidate for each position.
  • Meet with the existing Staff who need Appraisal, Interview Them and Identify their Areas of Weaknesses & their Training needs, Provide customized Training for them or recommend the Company to replace them.

 


The following methodology is applied, if executives need replacement or new Talents have to be recruited
.

  1. NASC reviews CV’s and interviews the candidates referred by Clients , assesses and identify qualified candidates.
  2. NASC gives Psychometric Personality, Aptitude and Job Skills related Tests for Technical, Administrative or Management level Employees.
  3. Presentation of a short list of leading candidates to clients, with written assessments and recommended training needs.
  4. Clients interviews short listed candidates and select the hired ones based on NASC’s recommendation and assessment.
  5. Post – employment Review and identification of the new recruits training needs.
  6. NASC Provides the recommended  Training Programs for  employees.
